1. Go to the Google Groups (groups.google.com)...
2. Press on Create group button, which is located on the left upper corner.
3. Give your group a name and set up its corporate email name. If you want, you can add your group's descriprion. Click on Next button.
4. Choose privacy settings:
4.1 Who can search the group:
- Group members);
- Entire organization;
- Anyone on the web.
4.2 Who can join group:
- Only invited users;
- Anyone in the organization can ask);
- Anyone in the organization can join;
- Anyone can ask;
- Anyone can join.
4.3 Who can view conversations:
- Group owners;
- Group managers;
- Group members;
- Entire organization;
- Anyone on the web.
4.4 Who can post:
- Group owners;
- Group managers;
- Group members;
- Entire organization;
- Anyone on the web.
4.5 Who can view members:
- Group owners;
- Group managers;
- Group members;
- Entire organization.
4. Click on Next.
5. Add users:
5.1 Group members;
5.2 Group managers;
5.3 Group owners;
6. If you want, you can add welcome message. Click on Create group button on the right bottom corner.
